Raise the reputation of Purple Cloud Palace to level 2 and level 3, you will get the Boots and Kneepad of Nebula Set.
>> "Ten-Year Anniversary Herald"
Special NPC appears in Stone City and offers special item "Anniversary Honor".
>> Increased task rewards of West Palace
Doubled the number of Blended Soul Boxes of task rewards.
>> Newly added Jade Scarp Reputation quests
NPC Arcane Warrior in Stone City issues quests "Military Supplies".
