Player Interview - KisameGirl

KisameGirl, a loyal player in Light in Darkness, has been playing Talisman Online for more than 2 years.

In the ended Xmas Event "Win iPod", she was so lucky to be one of the 5 grand-prizewinners and won the iPod Touch!

Here we were honored to invite her as our first online TO interviewee to share her TO experiences and fun with all friends.

T:  Congratulations for winning the iPod! Would you please introduce yourself first? :)

K:  Well, my name is Jodie Addison. I play KisameGirl in LitD server. I think I'm nice bubbly personality, with positive attitude to life. I love talking, meeting and helping people. I love listening to all types of music and playing online games.

T:  Where are you from? How old are you? ^-^

K:  I'm from England, and I'm 19.  20 in August this year

T:  What's your feeling about winning this special reward? Did you apply for TO Christmas Card? :)

K:  I felt really happy, and so lucky, seriously 1/1000 chance to win from TO Christmas Cards. That's just mega luck!!

Yes I did, I was happy I got Christmas Card.

T:  How did you meet Talisman Online? And How long have you been playing TO?

K:  A friend from college over 2 or 3 years ago told about it, he doesn't play anymore though. I have been with TO for nearly 2 or 3 years I think.

T:  How many of your friends or the people around you play our game?

K:  A few they're not active players though, they play sometimes.

T:  How much time do you usually spend on TO per day?

K:  It depends, sometimes 2 hours and then it could go upto 8 or 9 hours, depends on what I'm doing at home.

T:  What kinds of things you do when you are online?

K:  I normally chat, do quests, maybe few caves and check World chat to see what others are selling.

T:  What is your main character? How long did you make it to present max level? Hard or too easy to be max level?

K:  My main char at the moment is KisameGirl which is lvl 70 wizard. I think it took me about 2 or 3 months and it wasn't hard because I had friend to help me level her.

T:  Why did you choose your current character? Which one is the most attractive in the 5 professions?

K:  I chose wizard because I love the high damage it deals, highest crit so far is 8k and I'm so proud of my wizard. I like all mana characters because I know how to use them better than Sin and Monk. Plus I don't think I'm good Tanker, I like healing or attacking boss more.

T:  What do you think of the community in game?

K:  I think on my server, Light in the Darkness, players are nice. Sometimes can be rude  but I guess that's because I've spoken to them on a bad day! Generally, a lot of players I have met whilst playing have been rather nice and friendly to me.

T:  What kind of pet do you think is the most useful in game?

K:  At the moment, I think for mana pets its the new Nine tails pet with the in and out battle mana regen because you don't need mana buff book, or battle book. Plus I don't know how many times I've needed mana in battle just to kill a mob that has 5% hp left!!

For HP pets its got to be Onion, it's always been one of my favorite pets because it has hp regen and hp buff, so it leaves you with more spaces for different skills.

I've been thinking on getting a Onion pet and putting battle mana regen, int buff and def buff, that would make it my dueling pet plus would be so good!!

T:  What have you harvested from playing TO? (emotion, friends...) Would you like to share some extra special memories with us? 

K:  I've had a lot of memories from TO, where to begin!! I think my first great memory was meeting one of my oldest friends on TO GalikVII, I've known him since lvl 34 over 2 years ago! He's been like a papa to me and has given me so much advice not just in game, for real life too. On KisameGirl, I won 2 goldens whilst doing rep, I mean, to get one golden is lucky, but I've gotten 2!! And I felt really happy winning them too.

I've met so many nice, awesome people from TO. A few players I'm planning on meeting in real life soon also too. I've met my current partner, Crusoe, in TO, although its just an online relationship for, we plan to meet in the summer, and I'm so glad I have met him.

T:  Who is your best friend in TO (char name)? Any funny stories?

K:  I think my best friend is xMirex. He's just one of the funniest and nicest people I've met. I remember once we was talking in guild and one of my other close friends, Talim, was complaining about how poor he was and me and mire started showing our nice items. Was all joking around and I have so many jokes with Mire.

T:  What attracts you most in TO world?

K:  The chance to win good items, meeting new people, the different languages too, plus all the different quests and caves to do.

T:  What is your greatest achievement from Talisman Online game?

K:  Getting my wizards swords to +10, they are my proud and joy. I love those swords!!

T:  What do you wanna to say to your in-game friends or TO staff? :)

K:  I just wanna say to my friends, thank you so much for everything, for helping me level my chars, talking random rubbish with me a lot of the time. Taking me to caves and just being great people and to TO staff just wanna say, thank you so much for even considering me for MOD application, I'll wanna do my best for this game and the players within it.

T:  What is your wish in the year of 2010? ^-^

K:  My main wish is to hope 2010 gives everyone at least something they've wanted for long time, whatever it is, within game and out. Whether it's getting someone they've had a crush on for a while, getting golden item they've wanted, getting success first try or to just having a healthy and happy year. I wish the best for everyone.
