Player Interview - Prototype2

	Prototype2 - An active character in the server "Light in Darkness". Started playing Talisman Online in November 2007, he is really a loyal friend of TO. As another iPod winner, he was glad to accept our interview to share his valuable TO experiences.

T: Hello, Prototype2! Thank you for accepting our interview. Well, first of all, congratulations on winning the iPod! Would you please introduce yourself first? :)
P: hi everyone! I am Prototype2 from server "Light in Darkness". I come from New York. 23 years of age now.

T: What's your feeling about winning this special reward? lol
P: I am very lucky to be one of the lucky winners out of the thousands of people that play this game. Makes me feel that I can get something from the game other than pressing buttons as some would say

T: Did you apply for TO Christmas card?
P: Yes, I received one in last December

T: How did you meet Talisman Online? o_O
P: I was bored one day and decided to look around for games to play online. Some websites showed me around and I eventually landed in the world of MMO’s. Coincidentally, Talisman Online is the first online game I have played and I have been playing it ever since

T: How many of your friends or the people around you play our game?
P: One other person.

T: How long have you been playing Talisman Online?
P: Since November 2007. So two years and a couple of months

T: How much time do you usually spend on TO per day?
P: Depending on the day about 5-6 hours a day.

T: What kinds of things you do when you are online?
P: Going to the scenarios gives a change so scenario when I am online. Talking to my friends is another thing that keeps the game fresh an new. And recently I just developed a keen for player killing (PK) and PvP.

T: What is your main character? How long did you make it to present max level? Hard or too easy to be max level?
P: My main character is an Assassin.
It took me about 3 months to develop it from level 1 to level 70, the current max level.
It is somewhat difficult to be max level as finding new things can be a chore. But because of the other classes, scenarios and items that the game offers, it's easy to pick up a new task and start a new journey

T: Why did you choose your current character? Which one is the most attractive in the 5 professions?
P: I originally started out as a wizard. I got to max level with it then switched to Assassin because I didn’t like the fact that I was using mana. However I missed the damage. From what I read on the website, Assassin was the class that would deal a lot of damage while using stamina, therefore getting rid of the mana problem. So I switched. However, Assassins were very weak and unbalanced at the time. But I kept growing it because the skills were awesome, second best to a water wizard’s skill. The game became balanced and I’ve loved my character ever since.
Physically, the most attractive, in my opinion, is the tamer. :D

T: What do you think of the community in game?
P: The community in the game is fine. It can get a little childish at times, but you can always find some friends that have the same maturity level as your own. And once you do that, doing everything else together and getting help for certain things becomes a lot easier and more enjoyable.

T: What kind of pet do you think is the most useful in game?
P: The most useful pet, in my opinion, is either of the cavies. At a low level, they give you a little defense boost which makes it easier to kill things without dying too quickly.

T: What have you harvested from playing TO? (emotion, friends...) Would you like to share some extra special memories with us?
P: From this game, I’ve gained countless friends. Some have come and gone, some are still here, but sharing the game with them was very enjoyable and something I will laugh at forever lol. Also, I’ve learned to laugh at lots of situations. With so many people playing, it’s hard to get along with everyone. But if you can learn to laugh at those things that would otherwise get you upset, then your online gaming experience will be a lot more enjoyable.

T: Who is your best friend in TO (char name)? Any funny stories?
P: My best friend is/was Blu. She no longer plays but we are still in contact from time to time.
One time we were farming Fantasy Palace (FP), and in 3 runs, we got 3 purple armguards lol. Back then those purple were more valuable and everyone started calling us GM’s because it seemed like we had the power to change the drop rate lol

T: What attracts you most in TO world?
P: What attracts me most to this game is the game-play. I’ve tried other games after TO, and it’s just not the same. This game is simple, easy to understand, and it’s STILL fun to play. Even after two years lol.

T: What is your greatest achievement from Talisman Online game?
P: My greatest achievement in TO, asides from winning this iPod, was attaining the entire PvP collection. It took months of work, but it was worth it.

T: What do you wanna say to your in-game friends?
P: To mourka, Zea, Mingkiri, ViperAssasin, Skippy, Impress….all my other friends and to all the people in Wargasm, you guys ROCK!!!!!

T: What is your wish in the year of 2010?
P: My wish for 2010, in the game, is to finally get soul skills. I have been waiting for them for a while, and it seems they will give the game a whole new dimension to explore.
