Since the launch of the hot double Phoenix events "Lucky Buddy Event" & "Amigo Award Event", both of the events have been drawing great attention among players!

On the other hand, we have collected some questions from players about the two events via Support and Emails. Now we'd like to make some supplements about the two events to answer the questions which players most care about.


Q: What's the deadline of "Amigo Award Event" and "Lucky Buddy Event?
A: Started from the release of patch 1652, both of the two events will end at 24:00 May 31 PST.


Q: My account carries 3 characters, if each of my character has opened Phoenix Treasure Box without gaining the Fire Phoenix, how will you count?
A: For Amigo Award, the count of opening Phoenix Treasure Box only goes with single character. In that case, you are recommended to open the box with only one character to be the top box opener.

If you are looking at the Lucky Buddy, then the more characters that you use to open the box, the greater the chance you will win it.


Q: If there are two or more players are qualified for the "Amigo Award Winner" (tie in the opening counts), will all of them be crowned "Amigo Award"?
A: Sorry, no. If that happens, the first player that opened the last box will be the winner of "Amigo Award". The others will be rewarded one Phoenix Treasure Box respectively.

For example:

Both of Miracle and Castle have opened Fire Phoenix Box for the same 10 times without gaining the Fire Phoenix. Miracle opened the 10th box on 16:30 PM May 5 (PST), while Castle opened the 10th box on 08:23 May 6 (PST), then Miracle will be the winner and get a Fire Phoenix and Castle will gain a Phoenix Treasure Box.


Q: How will you get the related data to confirm the last winners?
A: Both statistics work of the two phoenix events will be executed by our back-end database to get respective data info. Fairness always goes first in all events.
