Miracle Castle here in China is happy to welcome the upcoming Chinese Spring Festival, which falls on Feb.14 to Feb. 16 according to Chinese traditional calendar this year.

To celebrate the most important festival, the official Customer Service "Support" will be closed during the festival holiday for an overall maintenance.


Support Close Time: 0:00 Feb.12 - 0:00 Feb. 15 (PST)


During the close time, the Support page will not be opened to players. But all cases submitted before will be dealt with as usual.


This Support maintenance is also planned for a coming total upgrade of Support platform. The new Support platform will provide players with many new useful functions and much convenience.
