Refund Policy

  1. Before buying game points/point codes, it is customers' obligation to make sure they have successfully registered a valid game account and have a computer meet the minimum requirements for running the game.
  2. Due to malicious scammers and fraud in the past, all fees and/or charges incurred by MiraGame accounts through the purchase of game points used in part or whole are non-refundable. If there are any refunds, disputes or chargebacks made on behalf of a player's account, that account - and any associated accounts - are temporarily or permanently disabled depending on the situation.
  3. Only payments made via PayPal and the related game point codes have not been credited into any game accounts within 15 days after the purchase could be applied to our customer support for a refund.
  4. If your account is disabled/banned/terminated for chargeback reason, you lose any claim to your characters and any of their items. You do not have the right to transfer or sell these characters or items in any way. In that case, MiraGame reserves the right to disabled/banned/terminated, without prior notice, any accounts that have the same name, phone number, e-mail, internet protocol address, or credit card number.
  5. Refunds will not be given to accounts who received game points or currency as gifts or won them as prizes.
  6. We respond to all email and support platform inquiries. Email is by far the fastest way to get your issue resolved. To help us locate your transaction and resolve your question quickly, we will need the Transaction ID number if you have it.
