• What is VIP?

     

    Who can become a VIP?
    • A loyal fan of Talisman Online (level 75+ and registered before Jan 1, 2011);
    • Or a player who has credited 2000TPs or more.

    VIP will enjoy superior service and preferential treatments.

     

  • Preferential Treatments for VIP

     

    1. Priority in Case Disposal

    A VIP's case will be dealt with preferentially.In general,it will be replied within 2 working days;while an ordinary player's case will be replied within 5 working days.

    2. Get More VPs from Crediting

    *Purchasing methods which offer VP rebate: Paypal, Skrill (Credit Card), Reseller and Western Union.

    If there are more purchasing methods support VP rebate, they will be added here.   For now, mobile payment doesn't support VP rebate. Gift card with "TPG" as the beginning of card number doesn't support VP rebate.

     

    Every player will get free VIP Point (VP) from crediting. VIP Players will enjoy more VPs. 

     

    2.1. Usage of VP

    a. VP can be credited as TP when you credit next time.

    The available VP you can credit as TP can’t be more than 10% of TP amount you are going to credit. (Decimal point part will be rounded to two decimal places) If you have VP left after crediting, they will be accumulated and can be used next time.


    b. A VIP player can use VP to redeem special items in VIP Shop.

    2.2. VP for everyone who credits

    An ordinary player who is not a VIP yet will get free VIP Point (VP) from crediting. The VP amount is 1% of his TP credit amount. (Decimal point part will be rounded to two decimal places)

     

    [E.g.]
    On June 1, A player credited 1500 T-Points, and he got VP by 15 points.
    On June 10, he credited 90 T-Points for the second time, and he got VP by 0.9 point.

    In the second time, his max available VP which can be credited as T-Point is 90x10%=9 VPs.
    That is to say, when he is going to credit 90TPs, he can get 99 TPs into his account at most.
    The rest VPs he got from the second time and left from the first time will be accumulated.

     

    2.3. More VPs for VIP players

    A VIP player will get more VPs from crediting than ordinary players. And players with different VIP levels will enjoy different VPs. Higher VIP level player will enjoy higher VP!

    [*1]:The accumulated part of TP credit amount which is more than 2000 TPs and less than 10000 TPs will bring him a VP rebate rate of 2%.
    [*2]:The accumulated part of TP credit amount which is more than 10000 TPs and less than 30000 TPs will bring him a VP rebate rate of 3%.
    [*3]:The accumulated part of TP credit amount which is more than 30000 TPs will bring him a VIP rebate rate of 4%.

    [E.g.]
    Player A credited 2000 TPs at the first time, he got free VP rebate by: 1999x1%+1x2%=20.01 VPs;
    Player B credited 1000 TPs at the first time, he got free VP rebate by: 1000x1%=10 VPs. He credited 1000 TPs for the second time, he got free VP rebate by: 999x1% + 1x2%=10.01. His total VP from the first time and the second time is 10+10.01=20.01 VPs.

  • How to become a VIP?

     

    Player who registered before Jan 1, 2011 with a level of 75 or above will become a VIP automatically.

    Or any player whose credit amount has reached 2000TPs will become a VIP automatically.
