1.

 Why I cannot enter TO even if I have played TO before?

 


1) Please check whether the game server is down for server maintenance. If the client is down for maintenance, please wait until the maintenance ends.

TO regular maintenance time: 22:50~23:30 Monday (Server Time / GMT-8)


2) Please check whether there is a new game patch to be updated to. If there is a new patch available, please auto update the client or download the manual patch directly from the Download page on website.

3) Please check that whether your game account or password is correct. If you still cannot enter the game with correct account and password, please contact us via Customer Support:

When you report to Support, please provide some useful information to us, including:

A. Error details (related screen shot will be preferred)
B. When did you come across this problem?
C. Your computer’s operation system <Vista/XP/Win 7..)

What should I do if the game client fails to auto-update?

 


If the auto update fails repeatedly or goes too slow, you are recommended to download the manual patch instead.

If the game client crashes when you enter the game, please try installing the game client again.

 

 

3.

How to find the folder in which I installed TO?

 

1) Right click the TO Game Icon on your desktop and choose the "properties"
2) Select the "Short Cut" tab in that window and there is a "Find Target" button below the blanks
3) Click on the "Find Target" button and you will find a folder window pops above. This is the folder where you installed your game

Why it said ‘Cannot connect to server.’?

 

 

If your client cannot connect to server, one possible reason is that the game server is under maintenance as it mentioned above.

 

Another reason may lies in the anti-virus software installed in your computer. This might happen due to the fact that the software considers Talisman Online client as a virus and blocks it from running.  In this case, you can"

A:  Turn off your anti-virus program temporarily before logging Talisman Online.
B:  Add Talisman Online program into the trusting list, unban the block on this client.
