Resistance

The first tip to understanding Resistance is to determine or identify the Element of the mob or player. I will explain both in this guide,
Player Elements for the talismans being used, and how to identify to the best of knowledge for mobs (Some mobs cannot be identified because they simply do not posses element and just provide normal damage). I will first start with mobs.

Fire- The best way to determine fire mob or boss is simply by seeing if there is a red attack or one AOE (Area of Affect) attack. The best kind of damage to be given to a fire mob or player is Poison, or Buddha. These elements counter act fire damage. If you are going into scenario its best to carry different kind of amulets or even new rings which can be purchased from T-Point shop to, counter the attack of damage being given.
Water- Water mobs or players usually contain quick blue hits that shoot up, or the best way known is stuns. A lot of water mobs like the first mob in LW, stun the first hit, or will slow you down. Wizards and tamers can also be considered water elements, refer to lower section for player resistances further down this page. The Best element to coexist water is lighting or Buddha.
Lightning- Lighting Mobs Can be determined by also stuns or electric looking attack. Like the monk in HH, provides an electric AOE. Fire mobs and Buddha elements work best against this element. This element is more like playing chess, because you have to strategize your Attack to get the best of it.
Buddha-Buddha is more of a strength attack. It’s kind of mysterious. You see more Buddha mobs in game because it’s not a magical attack, which means more hits, more damage and the object attacking usually has more defense and health points (HP). Lightning, and fire work best for this element. They provide more damage to the object and some attacks can lower defense. Buddha is the power house of elements.
Poison- Poison element is a cool element. An object or player can hit you once with attack and it will continue to take away health points (HP) away as you are in battle. This element also does a lot of damage and can critical decent. The best elements to beat poison would be Fire, or lightning, and in this case poison can be hurtful to poison.

Now I’ve shown you what to look for when killing mobs, or doing PvP (Player verse Player) in game. How you determine to see your gears will determine how well of a player you will be. Remember Talisman is a game of team work. All 5 of these classes used properly will make you a better player.
Tip for caves:
Get information on caves before entering. In talisman they offer you amulets that give extra elemental defense instead of duel stat amulets. It’s best to get as much resistance as possible from boss, this will give you more defense to boss which means less HP loss, and if you are pro and buy sapphire in T-Point shop and make magic beads to have to both talismans of your class, you can do more damage to boss or player as well. You can also sometimes find talismans in Auction House, but as you get higher level 50+ talismans become rare to buy. It’s best to keep both in your inventory so you are always prepared.
Extra Advice:
Don’t forget to sign your gears, or sometimes soul infuse, its best to soul infuse purple bound gears because you cannot sell them. We also now have gem inlay feature now which helps gives more damage for elements and more defense to elements and as well hp upper.
