Players can write text mails, send items and receive in-game items such as item you've bid successfully in Auction House and in-game rewards via TO Mail system, which is very easy to operate.
Functionally, there are 2 types of mail: text mail and item mail.
Text Mail:
Text mail is the mail only contains plain text. This is the most commonly used one in our daily life and game.
Item Mail:
This refers to a mail attached with an item or money as attachment.
With the basic knowledge, let's move on:
To send or receive a mail, just go to visit Post Officer, who can be found in every village.

Talk to him and choose "Mail", you will see the mail interface with both columns of Inbox and Outbox.
Inbox:
Inbox is the place for you to check the mail you've received.
If there is an unread mail in your mailbox, a mail icon will appear around the in-game mini-map to remind you of checking.

If you need to receive a mail with attachment, just open the mail and click the attachment. Then the attachment will go to your Item Box automatically. If you delete the mail without taking the attachment out after reading it, the attachment will be deleted together with no recovery. When attachment has been removed (including text), the mail is automatically deleted.

So, please remember to remove your attachment before deleting your mail, or the attachment will be deleted together!
All unread mails can be kept in your mailbox for max 30 days. When it expires, it will be deleted systematically. All read mail can stay in mailbox for max 7 days. So be sure to check your mailbox regularly before expiration.
Outbox:
Outbox is used to write and send a mail.
You can send a mail with pure text or with money and item. It's up to you.
If you need to send item, just open your Item Box and drag the item to Attachment blank. Very easy! To send money, just input the amount beside the corresponding icon.

There is a confirmation boxmail that has an item or money attached in sending a mail.
It costs 10 copper to send mail.
Now you've mastered the mail operation, then write a mail to your friend or send a small gift to them as surprise!
